2. Use of Services
HealthVue provides strategic, operational and revenue optimisation advisory services to healthcare organisations.
All services are provided subject to separate client agreements where applicable.
3. Payments
Where you purchase a paid program or service:
- fees are in AUD unless stated otherwise
- GST applies where required
- you are responsible for payment gateway terms
- failed payments may incur recovery costs
HealthVue may suspend access for non-payment.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
HealthVue will use reasonable care and skill in delivering services.
However, you acknowledge that outcomes depend on factors outside HealthVue’s control, including client implementation.
5. Intellectual Property
All Website content, materials, frameworks and methodologies are owned by or licensed to HealthVue.
You must not:
- reproduce
- distribute
- commercialise
- share login access
without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
HealthVue excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or opportunity.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupply of the services or the cost of resupply.
